Field scenario: The client is at work and cannot walk the site. The machine is still staged and ready, but the crew wants to load.
Why this matters
When the client is absent, photos and written verification become the walkthrough.
Pass standard
A remote customer can understand the finished work clearly without being on site.
- Capture at least four distinct after photos from the same focal points used in the quote or before photos whenever possible.
- Send completion photos and a clear request for verification through Jobber/client communication.
- Photograph the closed/secured gate or access point when relevant.
- Do not treat an absent client as permission to leave vague work behind. If approval is required by the job plan, get it before loading.
