Field scenario: The cleared area looks good, but the driveway has tracked mud, the gate area has brush chips, and a pile of stems is visible from the road.
Why this matters
The access path is often the last thing a customer sees. Sloppy cleanup makes good clearing feel unfinished.
Pass standard
Customer-facing access points look controlled, clean, and intentionally left.
- Clean customer-facing areas based on sold scope: driveway, road shoulder, gates, staging area, and high-visibility edges.
- Do not hide damage or questionable conditions. Photograph and escalate concerns while still on site.
- Make sure gates, fences, locks, and access points are left as found or better.
- Loose debris, smoldering material, or unresolved property questions are reasons not to load out yet.
